Superstar Karate

I have been attending the martial arts classes for about a year now and my only regret is not starting sooner! The class develops practical self-defense skills as well as physical and mental conditioning that help in almost any aspect of everyday life. I find myself more confident and more able to meet challenges than a year ago.
The instruction is excellent and the instructors genuinely care about each student's individual progression.
I have also observed some of the kids in class and would recommend them to any parent. The kids learn respect (for themselves and others,) discipline and self-confidence in addition to physical conditioning and self-defense.
There is no better investment you can make in terms of physical conditioning, mental well-being and character building for anyone, of any age.

For all the parents, kids and students interested in an awesome school for Martial Arts, this is the one. My two boys and I have been attending here for about a year now. Not only did my boys learn discipline, respect, and excellent hands on training but also had lots of fun in doing so. Master Kifer, Mr. Ryan (and the rest of the staff) are very dedicated and very caring when it comes to working with new and experienced students. They make the class fun. They make it interesting and make kids want to attend.
What I like the most is the fact that it’s not only a martial arts school, but it’s a place where kids get the discipline necessary to practice martial arts and learn day to day lessons in respecting your elders and getting good grades in school.

At this school, its not just about kicking and punching, and that’s why I continue to attend. To a parent it’s very important. I thank the entire staff very much for all that they do. I have seen the changes and rewards in both of my boys.
I highly recommend Superstar Karate in Carol Stream. All you have to do is attend one of the classes and you will hooked. This is for both students and parents. Come by and be a part of our family!

Just joined and love it. The combat fitness class is challenging (but also fun!) and is just what I needed to switch up my workouts. They are also very friendly and care about their members. I feel very welcomed here.
