I like the new owner. He told me this is his second location and he's been doing this for over 16 years. Brought about $200.00 worth of dry cleaning and he gave me a discount and fixed my wife's dress buttons for free. great customer service. wish all cleaners were like that.

that when brought in, which is completely untrue. In trying to resolve the matter, I was so put off by her brusque, overtly, defensive mannerisms. She didn't even suggest that they might have inadvertently ruined it, and she babbled on about how great their service was; completely unaware of the fact that I was dismayed with their service. She refused to give me her first name, saying she didn't have to. I asked her three times to write down the name of the owner, and she refused to do so. I told her I would get it in another manner, and started to leave, when she blurted out, "Don't you want me to give you the name?" Exceedingly-demented behavior. She took great umbrage at my statement that the person I spoke with on the phone did not speak clearly and could not understand me; defiantly stating that everyone there spoke perfect English (there is a strong foreign accent), and that I was insulting them.
