Please consider the experience of a family with 3 young children. While the overall pediatric medical care is accpetable - the run-around and the attitude from the office staff that one may encounter should make your choice of choosing another pediatric group a little easier.



If all appointments are made in advance and you don't have life happen to you which may cause a change in your schedule, things will be handled well.



Please don't expect things to be handled well if you change an appointment and require flexibility on their part.



I don't want to forget that this practice sent an unpaid invoice to collections after just over 30 days past due. Their response to this mistake was- "my staff was just doing their job".



All this after 10 years of having 3 children as patients with so many appointments over the years....keeping our account current, who can afford to have a silly doctors bill for little money sent to collections after being such a good customer for 10 years.



Doesn't make much sense - does it??
