Tri Star Event Photo Inc

Very poor experience. Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a photo from this company at a band festival, and when I received it it was significantly bent and therefore ruined. Soon afterwards, an email with an attatched photo of the damaged product was sent to the company telling them that the photo would not be paid for due to its unacceptable condition. Tri Star Event Photo did not reply to this email, but rather proceeded to send 2 more invoices. More emails were sent to Tri Star Event Photo in reply to these invoices telling the company that I would not pay for the damaged product. Still there was no reply exept for yet another invoice threatening collections. I will be sure to steer clear of this company in the future and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This unethical company has high school bands send their students (minors) to a booth at band competition to "fill out questionnaires." Then the students receive photos by mail, and bills to pay for said photos shortly thereafter.



My son attended a UIL band competition in Katy, TX this school year (2015-16). The previously stated, happened to us.



NOW, my son is receiving collections notices and threats that Tri-Star Event Photo, inc. will turn him (a 14 year old) over to collections if he doesn't pay the $39.95.



Yes, we paid the ransom. AND, we want everyone to know how crappy business practices are conducted by Tri-Star Event Photo, Inc. There are too many ethical photography companies out there. These guys have to go.
