BEWARE!!....this company has had severe financial issues....... verified by the owner's inability to pay a small fee $69 for Live Scan Fingerprinting Services I rendered to one of their students on 12/2/2014 in the Carlsbad location. The manager, Ray Gomez, gave me a credit card number for payment a week after I performed the Live Scan. The credit card was declined after several attempts. I suggested they pay by Cashier's Check, but they failed to do so. I contacted the company based in Laguna Hills and was told that the company was "short on funds" and I would have to wait until everything was "squared away with the owner." Today is 2/11/15 and the company has failed to pay me, or contact me to let me know when they can pay. I also noticed when I was at the Carlsbad teaching location, the students were asking the instructor "When will we get the equipment we paid for?" The students apparently were well into the course and still hadn't received promised equipment they already purchased such as a stethoscope. Although the amount I'm owed is small, $69, it's the principal of bad business that counts, and the foresight that students may be scammed out of large amounts of money if they take this EMT course. I would not recommend dealing with the poor business practices of this company.
