Waitress gave us silverware wi...

Waitress gave us our silverware without washing her hands after using a dust pan & sweeping) I doubt I'll be back. A friend took me as a treat after a grueling 2 weeks of legal paperwork. A treat it was not! The seafood bisque was only good. The beautiful, fresh crisp salad was served on a hot plate (just washed). I was assured the $15.00 Chicken Marsala would be made the way it's supposed to be done. It wasn't. The mammary (YP flags the word brest w/an "a" for profanity) was pounded very thin and all I could taste was salt and no chicken...WTF? The sauce was greasy yellow like cooking oil and tasted like crap with salt on it. It's supposed to be brown from Marsala wine. There was like 1/3rd of a cup of this greasy liquid on the huge plate they served it on and the salty liquid krap was poured over everything so the spaghetti was gross too. My friend's spaghetti & meatballs tasted just plain old okay and not old school Italian like expected. It was one of the worst tasting salty crappy dishes ever so I returned it and ordered a meatball sub which I had the other day there that was TO DIE FOR and was informed that my friend got the last of the meatballs (gross) and their meatballs were still frozen. On a Thursday just 2 hours before dinner (3pm) there are no meatballs? They are frozen??? I don't know if this was true or not or just a diss on me for returning the dish so I asked the waitress if they had a microwave and the answer was yes. I said, "what, they can't microwave the meatballs?" She then said they had to mix the meatballs. Um, why buy frozen meatballs if you have to mix them back into ground beef, season them and form meatballs again? BULLognie! I believe this was a refusal of service as the other poster complained about. I ordered a second bottled beer because their drafts were shut down due to the high temperatures outside making the draft beer warm. I was soo looking forward to a White Belgian Blue Moon draft. They did comp my krappy dinner but charged me for the soup which left a sour taste in my mouth after such a disappointing experience. I even told the waitress to taste the dish I only took one bite of and have the cook(s) taste it as well. No apology from the owner's son whom I believe was the cook. Waitress just came back and said it was made the same way they make it at the diner down the street! I will not be back to this floundering dump. I could have overlooked the torn and tattered plastic booth seats which scratch your legs up and low quality service but after this, I will never return. Oh, and when I asked for fresh warm buns to eat with the dinners she never brought them to our table. Earlier I asked her to put the warm salad and cold buns in a to go bag. We later asked for the buns a second time only to be informed they were inside the to go bag with my salad which she put on the table next to ours!

Absolutely Fantastic

Love their pasta. The best spaghetti next to my mother's and she learned from a true Italian family. Can't wait to eat there again.
