        Got everything I need

        I passed by this store and thought it's only for restaurant owners. But I found out anyone can shop in there w no membership fee. They had a lot of household kitchen stuff especially knives, I found some great knives with better deals than internet. Employees there are polite and work fast. I had fun shopping there.

        Best and biggest of restaurant equipment and supply in long island

        I think it's the biggest Hobart and Traulsen stocking distributor in Long island. People there are very nice, spend time to help me pick the equipments I need and provide consultation service. They also made custom stainless steel fabrication like work tables, steam table, bar, sinks,,,etc. Fast response and great service!
