Mirror Image

Certainly THE WORST cut I have ever received! I have never seen such incompetence in listening and executing the requests of a client that were expressed clearly and repeatedly, verbally and pictorially. And to think that this botch job was done by an alleged Master Stylist is simply atrocious! I requested NO bangs, I ended up WITH bangs. I requested long flowing layers, I ended up with one length in the back and the front and temple so short I cant tie it back with the rest of my hair. The stylist was however proficient in using the products. I would not recommend getting a cut from this salon but will consider having my hair styled there on rare and desperate occasions. The Hair Journals were outdated, some dating back to 2005!! People working in the beauty industry need to keep up with the latest trends and fashion by continuous training programs and seminar. JUST graduating from the local beauty school is simply NOT good enough. Ongoing practice is necessary.
