Preguntar por: Cecy What to expect on your first initial visit? - Acquainting you, (the patient) with our office and staff - Clinical examination of your mouth - Taking only the necessary x-rays with the latest in digital radiography (90% less radiation!). If X-rays have been taken within the last six months, please obtain them from your previous dentist for our records. -Some patients will receive diagnostic photographs with the latest in digital photography, as well as, diagnostic models to help evaluate their condition. -Professional Teeth Cleaning -A diagnosis will be made and a treatment plan will be discussed with you. An estimate will be determined and financial arrangements will be made. Along with appointments to begin treatment. Once all treatment is completed, our patients are entered into our continuing care program and will be scheduled at the appropriate time for a follow-up maintenance visit.

Stay away! They made me wait 3 hours and treated me poorly! They lie they cheat they get horrible service they charge too much money !
I have been in contact with this office almost 5 times now since 10/10 ref to getting a statement from services rendered at that time. I have been told 3 times now that the paperwork/reciepts that I was requesting were going to be mailed out - prior to that I was told records couldn't be found and they kept implying that I hadn't been seen at this office. Some of the call takers seem as if they don't like their job. I regret taking my daughter here, and I wouldn't go back. It's a small office and it's in an awkward location. Maybe the DC location would be better. Im not saying all the staff was rude or anything but my experince dealing with them has been the worst. And I would NOT ref anyone to this office.
Charges alot.Very poor dental work had to go to another dental office and pay more money,because of poor dental work and wrong tooth extracted!Also if you have a appointment here you end up waiting more than two hours!
