        Overall

        I went in to do a bank to bank transfer... the wait for an office visit was about 16 minutes (not bad considering)..... the wait was pleasant do to many distractions (active monitors, attractive space and comfortable seating. When I was called was the Best part.... "Isaiah" a very nice young man who was courteous, empathetic, extremely helpful, efficient and respectful (with a touch of good old fashion sweet) not sweet as in "Sweet" but sweet as in, just made you feel really good about being in the bank with a migraine on a cold crowded Friday :).

        I guess he reminded me of my son and how well he was raised :)
