Very unorganized, poorly run, little communication, and their contractors are the bottom of the barrel. There are better deals out there, so search somewhere else.

Pls..... Whom ever is reading this do not make the biggest mistake of your life involving your self with this unprofessional unhappy hood rats that work there! This people will do anything not to give you your deposit back I left the place so clean better that what it was before I moved in and I even took pictures of what it looked like before I moved in and when I moved out and still they dint care and used the most stupid excuses not to give your money back boy I hope my $850 deposit will last them for ever... They love to raise $50 every year on your rent they won't give you a break at all and they do not take any kind of concederation they are money hungry!! All them hood rats are rude to everybody they don't even return people phone calls and they take for ever to fix any kinda problem at the house so plssss look for a professional agencie that really care and are more concerned about their tenants.

Rude, lazy, unprofessional females that do not know how to run a business. I live in one of their high $ rentals, and it has been a horrible experience. I am counting down the days i have left of my lease. That bad!! I'm serious..

No one in their office knows how to return a call. They do not care what kind of problem you may be experiencing in THEIR rental. They charge stupid fees to you, that they DO NOT stand behind. Take your $$$ and business to a more professional realtor. This place is shady !!! They need to be shut down......AWFUL!!!!!!!!

Horrible. If you don't want to be disappointed don't work with these people. They're rude and lazy!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. We called and asked about renting a home. Before we could get any answers on homes available we were asked how much our monthly income is. We were told we didn't make nearly enough to even talk to Lisa about renting. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.

I called the office of Lisa the Leaser on Saturday and they told me a home they had on the website was still available and that I could come in to get the key myself and go view the home. I drove about 40 minutes to the home and arrived to see that home was not appealing on the outside. I put that aside and decided to go in the home to look anyway. I opened the door to a complete mess. There were dirt stains all of over the tile floor, big yellow markings on the walls, a broken down stove in the living room, bugs crawling around, blinds that appeared to be very old and dirty, and broken cabinets in the kitchen area. I was so disgusted and disappointed! I went back to the office where the person at the front desk proceeded to ask me what I had thought of the home.... I then asked her if anyone had been at to the home in which neither person was able to answer. I then told them that home was disgusting and that they should not be showing the home in that condition. The person at the desk then told me that the home was soon to be rehabbed as if that would make the current situation ok,. I had no words...... and her we are on Tuesday and the home is still listed on her website. I will never contact this company again under any circumstance and I suggest you to do same. Worst experience ever.

There is a reason there are no good reviews. I only wish i would have read them befor using thier services. They have takien 1700 total from us already on a $675 condo that we only stayed in for two days.

They are so shady. We picked up the key (leaving copies of driver's license and we had to leave a credit card there, so it was legitimate) to look at a house (which we decided we wanted to rent) but when we got back to the office to fill out the paperwork, they had already rented the house out to someone else, right out from under us! It's like is someone was taking a car for a test drive and when they got back to the dealership, they had already sold the car you were driving! It's bad business. I can assure you, we will NEVER be giving her our business, and encouraging everyone I know to avoid doing business with a company that screws people over like that.

Do not use her to provide your family with housing or do not ask this Lisa Cramer and Co to represent your property as a rental. I was lured in with a smile and a confident presentation but at the end of the day....EVERYTHING CHANGED...fees started to appear out of no where. Lisa Cramer and Co metamorphically changed ...and NOT into a butterfly...but more like Dracula and sucked all the blood (money) out of me.



I do NOT suggest that anyone use Lisa Cramer and Co for anything. It is my opinion that you, your family and your wallet will regret any relationship with Lisa Cramer and Co

If ONE person reads this and then goes elsewhere, my life will be fulfilled. These people lie, are unethical, and do not return phone calls. They do not have the staff for the amount of properties they offer. There are better folks to deal with out there. Be warned if you choose to go with them.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HER! SHE LURES YOU IN WITH PROMISES OF A WONDERFUL HOME AND LOW FEES BUT THE HOMES THAT SHE SAYS ARE "COMING SOON" ARE CURRENTLY IN FORECLOSURE AND/OR HAVE JUDGEMENTS ON THEM. ONE HOME THAT SHE IS CURRENTLY RENTING OUT AS "COMING SOON" HAS A JUDGEMENT AS OF THE 21ST OF SEPTEMBER AND IS GOING TO THE FORECLOSURE AUCTION THIS MONTH. THE LIKELINESS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO MOVE CAUSE OF THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE PLACING A NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR IS GREATER THAN ANYTHING. DO NOT RENT FROM HER, SHE WILL TAKE ANYTHING SHE CAN GET.



REMEMBER ABOUT DEALING WITH THESE PRIVATE "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" COMPANIES. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS JUST A STEP ABOVE UNEMPLOYMENT. IT'S A LICENSED PRACTICE FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T MAKE ANYTHING OF THEMSELVES AND CHOOSE TO RIP OFF THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND TAKE THEIR MONEY WITH RIDICULOUS FEES AND OVER THE TOP "MARKET RENT".

I'm in the process of moving to Ft. Myers in Oct. And I wanted to know how it is over there. I called them and they have pretty nice apartments and condos, and house for rent. I really don't want to get overcharged since I am an out-of-towner. Pleae if you can let me know some info. In reference to this realtor. And if yo have any suggestions please let me know.

Very unfair with Security Deposit. I spent a large amount of money when I moved in to one of their rentals and upon moving out got 200 out of my 925 dollar security deposit back. Things that were not fixed upon move in were charged to me. The list I made when moving in magically disappeared when asked to see it. Live and learn!!! Be careful!!
