        Live produce neglect

        I frequent lowes shopping in Cape Carteret due to location but as of 7/7/14 I will no longer shop there. I am no animal activist but to see a lobster tank green with algae and live lobsters lying on there backs suffering is just inconceivable!! When asked supervisor all he could say was we have an algae problem and they are not dying then turns around and states that they are pulling the dead ones out daily. REALLY?!!! I could not believe my eyes. All they had to do was clean the tank daily and if there're to incompetent to do this cover the damn tank so that others such as I don't have there stomach turned and the cruelty of seeing a helpless animal suffer unnecessarily !!! I understand they are at a grocery store and yes they are purchased for food but that death is quick as slowly suffocation is not! I will never shop there again!!!
