Worst EVER Got a $149 laptop in exchange for a $4500 limited edition bronze sculpture AND Samsung tablet. The battery melted the laptop in 29 days. It was overheating right out of the starting here so it was kept on a board with a fan because I obviously had no money to replace battery but it still fried. Bought a camera that would not charge. The steak you blind and give you JUNK.

Been married a long time but could finally afford the ring my wife had been wanting. Beach pawn helped me find the perfect diamond at a fraction of what I would have had to pay a jewelry store so she got exactly what she wanted. Great Deal.

I work at beach pawn, and while the phone thing is true, he can be rude before we open. We hold UP TO 90 days you dont have to keep it there the full extent. It's 20% every month so thats why your interest rates were so high, you waited the full 90 days. Further more we charge 5 not 20% on checks and thats only the first check. the second check you bring in on the same account is only 3%, so you are poorly informed, or sadly mistaken. I encourage all to stop by Beach Pawn in Cape Canaveral to expierience it for yourself.

Not sure what the others are having problems with..I have dealt with them for years & have always been treated fairly. I LOVE the fact that they keep my pawns for 90 days, doesn't mean I have to keep it there for that long it just gives me more time to get it back. Most pawn shops after 30 days you're out of luck if you want your stuff back. I highly recommend the friendly faces there!

i havent been in there. but i called to inquire about a dslr camera. i was wandering if they had any in stock for sale and the guy was very rude. he answered the phone as "hello" (first sign of unprofessionalism). i asked "is this a pawn shop" and he said "it will be when we open at 10 oclock" so i said "do you haomve any dslr cameras for sale" and his reply was "no" with a hangup. that right there showed me how unprofessional these people are. im sorry but you do not treat customers like that, especially over the phone. that could be a potential sale. and he was very rude. by the way they act on the phone, i will not ever be a customer there! i do not recommend this parn shop at all!

While the customer service was top rate, it's clear that their main goal is to get every last dime they can from you. Their loan rates are sky high and they keep your property for 90 days rather then 30 to get the maximum amount of interest they can off you. Need to cash a check? Forget about it. My gov't check was $4,000.00 and they wanted $800.00 (20%) just to cash the check. Want to cash in some old jewelry or gold? SHOP AROUND FIRST. They'll give you far below the fair market value. If you're looking for jewelry,electronics, music related items, etc., there's plenty to rummage thru and choose from but good luck getting an affordable price. Basicly, the warm welcome and eagerness to please is all a front for their real goal.....taking everything they can get from you. Everyone knows that any business is all about the money, but most places do have a conscience and try to be fair. I can't say that for this place... too bad.
