Custom Threads is THE best store for personalized gifts. The owner is always personable and prompt. I make most of my orders online and am always impressed by the level of service I receive. I have bought most of my girl friends a monogrammed towel or bag from this store. When I was selecting bridesmaid gifts I knew where I wanted them from. An online wedding super store can't give you the same kind of quality product and great service like Custom Threads. The first towel wrap I received from this store was in 2006. I use it everyday. Five years later it still looks perfect. The embroidery hasn't lost a stitch and my ribbon looks beautiful. I would highly recommend you visit this store in person or online. You will not find another that can match the level of customer care and product selection. This store is one of a kind!

I've been a customer of Custom Threads from the very first day they opened and have experienced nothing but excellent customer service and beautiful, quality products. I have several monogrammed towels, wraps, make-up bags, totes and even shirts from Custom Threads and love all of them! I love their store and all of the super cute and crafty items they sale. This is definitely a MUST SHOP store.

The owner is apparently another business owner who wants her money up front but yet can not produce for a few weeks the order as well as she apparently can not get it right. If I was you Id beware of this shop she believe in making you wait months before getting a item which is already payed for and doesnt believe in fixing her own mistakes within her company at a fair time frame in my opinion. We waited 2 months for a shirt that has to be returned due to a screw up on her part and she tells you when you call that its costing her money to order your new shirt and due it right in my opinon you shouldnt have messed the shirt up and why should someone have to pay and wait well over 2 months for thier item which at that point still isnt correct and you have to drive back and forth while its only 15 minutes add the gas up if you are customer in a bigger or mid-size vehicle that can be cost! Beware of the business Id go somewhere else if I was personally looking
