The main problem has to deal with how disorganized this company is. When we had moved into a new office on Whipple we had a sign made by them, paid the initial deposit required and was informed that after the sign was finished that the remaining balance would be paid. After the sign was made and installed we had called to ensure payment was made on the remaining balance which at the time we were told yes. Month or so goes by and then we find out that we owe another $400 and that the only thing paid was the initial deposit. We had dealt with Steve and from everyone who I have talked to acknowledge that he is disorganized, it took several phone calls to him to even get an estimate. Other than that the sign looked fine but customer service was terrible.
