        Overall

        The service was excellent. They did a great job!! My major complaint is that fees are not discussed up front for leaf removal. I was shocked when my bill was DOUBLE!!! I feel that, when you sign up for the service, there should be transparency as far as exactly how much it is going to cost. This was absolutely NOT the case. I'm beyond upset.
