DON'T take your cat here. If you want a bald cat where the groomer is too lazy to do her job and would rather get 50.00 to shave and butcher your felines hair in 10 minutes than go here. This place has gone to Hell in a hand basket. Veronica the old cat groomer did my cats hair for 2 years and always did a phenomenal job and I always knew my feline friend was in good hands. This time they didn't tell me Veronica wasn't there, and they shaved my cat bald and not even smelling fresh saying there wasn't anything Amy could do. Bullcrap! Veronica was amazing and always made my cat beautiful and smell good for three months after. I called and complained, very rude receptionist/manager that didn't give and ish about it. I got the old groomers number, called her and will drive further and pay more to have my cat done right!

By the way, I picked my cat up at 4 and Lord knows how long they had her in her carrier. I hated this place and hope people read this before taking their feline family members here.

It was the first grooming experience for my dog, so naturally she was very nervous. Five minutes after I left, the groomer called saying Ali was being too aggressive and that they wouldn't cut her hair. She told me I'd have to reschedule, so they could sedate her (for $56 more). In less than 5 minutes these "professionals" gave up on my dog. She's young and nervous, so of course she's gonna freak out a little in that situation. Why not let her chill out in a cage for a while, so she could mellow out? If they would've given Ali some time to adjust to the environment, I wouldn't have to look for a new groomer.

I won't take my animals anywhere else. After being ripped off by a new facility In Green, I got tired of it and switched to Mellet Animal Hospital. Best decision I have made in a long time.

I have a small dog and a big dog that I've been bringing there to get groomed for about half a year now. The problem with my small dog and grooming was that he is a papillon mix and has this wonderful ling hair on his ears that all othe groomers want to trim really short. I've describe how I want the ears in the past but either no one really listened or no one understood. I've easily been to five different groomers and been very disappointed with the cuts. Then I was referred to Mellet. I sent both boys back with a groomer named Erin. Unlike my previous grooming visits i neglected to mention my dogs ears and was kicking myself after i left. When I returned she brought out both boys I was astonished! The little one had only been trimmed around his ears. They were still long and he looked perfect! Erin later told me that his ears were part of his personality and she just couldn't bring herslef to cut them short. My larger dog, whom is normally a scaredy cat was bouncing around the girls and well it was almost like he had fun. Needless to say Erin is the only groomer I will go to and I'm very happy with Mellet staff. Ill never go anywhere else!

Unprofessional grooming; Took m dog in for his nails to be clipped and bathed. Woman took my money and took my dog in the back room. After 10 minutes she angrily brings my dog back and tells me to come back when the "groomer" is in(which was an hour and half later). She told me my dog was uncooperative and she couldn't handle him. -I was paying for a groomer to handle him, not the secretary anyways. I asked for my money back and she literally tossed it at me.Needless to say she was cussed out and I found a new groomer- a real one.

I recently rescued a dog from someone and the rabies tag came back to this vet. Not knowing any of my pups history, they have helped me find out what care and vaccinations they have given her. They have even gone out of their way to send me the paperwork that they have on my pup! They have awesome pricing here and the staff is very friendly!
