Gary Arnold has always done a great job preparing my taxes. I’m a contract worker with a complicated income setup, and he saves me as much money as he can every year.

I've taken my taxes here to be prepared for a few years and received ok service in the past. This year however was so terrible, I will never return. They made an error that shorted me over $3500 on my return and when I called to have them fix it I was told it would be done the next day. I called 5 times and left 3 messages over the course of 8 days just trying to figure out if I could come in and pick up my taxes. I never received a response from Chris Allen. So I drove 30 minutes to see what was going on. They still were not done. Chris told me that he "was very busy and me blowing his phone up doesnt help." He then told me he was going to need another week to get them taken care of! Mind you my taxes were not anything to difficult. Absolutely terrible service.

We've been using Buckeye tax service for years.. always quick and simple. We are always shown everything on the screen and asked to verify #'s EVERYTIME. The people here are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to do their best for your individual situation.

We have been going to Buckeye for 7 years. Never had a problem until this year with Gary. He put the wrong checking account number in our tax refund and now it is lost! The IRS must trace the money. Funds can't be submitted to our bank, because no such account. This man's job is numbers, he should show the screen to the customers so THEY can check his work. instead he mumbles numbers to himself & hands the papers to customers to sign. When we addressed this problem to him, he LIED & told us he called the IRS & gave them the correct account number. We spoke with Ms. Tsai at the IRS, she said NO such conversation took place. Every call is documented with a caller ID number given. No calls were made regarding our 2015 taxes. To error is human, but to lie your way out of a problem is not good business. we demand a refund. RUN FROM THIS GUY, do not let a liar touch your taxes. We were informed that our refund could be 6 to 8 weeks from the day the IRS said our refund was to be deposited.
