The TV VCR Shop

I had a absolute horrible experience dealing with this business owner. I dropped off my TV for repair, and in spite of my repeated calls for an update, he or his assistant always blew me off and told me they would fix it and that they were looking for parts. I felt I should not have to continually call, and I asked him to let me know when he found the part. An entire month went by and I heard nothing from him. Finally, after 3 months of his having my TV I informed him I would be picking it up. He seemed offended and told me to come get it. When I dropped off my TV it had a dimly lit picture, but when I picked it up it would no longer turn on. No audio, no picture. Nothing. When I asked him what happened he became belligerent and told me to get out, and he proceeded to follow me all the way to my car telling me to get off of his property. Very unprofessional. His communication is horrible, and ultimately he never fixed my TV and offered no apology for keeping it so long.

I scheduled an appointment through Samsung for an appliance repair. Howard from the TV Shop called me to move the time of the service call. I was not available for the time change offered. He then became very abusive to me on the telephone griping about Samsung. He then said my appointment was cancelled and he abruptly hung up on me. I had to call Samsung to reschedule and request a firm with better customer courtesy.
