Beautiful, modern building. The sylists well educated, you can tell they are current and utilize knowledge gained from hair shows. My hair has never looked better. The color...always complimented and asked who does your color and cut!!! Makes you feel so great!!! Great manicures and pedi's, too. Enjoyable...experience with happy, great people!!!! All the products you need, right there!!!! You'll love it here!!!

Surprised about the low reviews. My daughter and I have tanned there for 4 years and they have always been very friendly. We love it there and will definitely be ongoing customers��

My name is Missy Edwards I’m the salon manager as well as a stylist for 30 years . I began as a receptionist for my brother Tom,while I was in high school then later attended Ohio State School of Cosmetology in Columbus. I went on to Muskingum University to graduate with a Bachelors degree in business and sociology. I specialize in hair cutting and coloring, facial waxing and spray-tanning. I like to attend hair shows annually to continue my education and we’re lucky to have an opportunity to also invite educators in the salon regularly. My name is Jenny and I have been with Modern Movements since May of 2021. I got my license from Elite Academy of Hair Design in early 2021. Before graduating I worked at Toniques Trilogy in Morgantown, West Virginia assisting the head stylist/owner. I enjoy learning new techniques and being able to customize each lash set to each clients eye shape and style. My specialties are hair cutting and coloring and sculptured acrylic nails, and I also carry certifications in makeup art and eyelash extensions. I attended Meadowbrook High School and Cambridge Beauty College. I am continually upgrading my education with hair shows, in salon specialty classes and national shows. I was previously a nail educator and traveled teaching at schools, hair shows, and salons. I’ve attended top notch national hair shows with the famous Chris Appleton, celebrity stylist for Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and Katy Perry. I’ve also attended Paul Mitchell’s National hair show in Las Vegas with Angus Mitchell, Robert Cromeans and Scott Cole.
