i had my 2008 chevy malibu for 2 1/2 years and i never had a problem with my car.their service is great and they work with you.

Went to buy a cash car.. as I left to go to mechanic to have checked out I got pulled over by Calumet City police because dealership was using a stolen license plate for test drives. Got it figured out 45 minutes later but already had embarrassing moment of being frisked, and put in the back of police car until they figured it out. After all that the car checked out and I asked for a small discount to since a few things wrong with car and the 45 minute embarrassing police incident and they refused to budge any stating they rather finance the car where they can make more money on people. This is no way to treat customers. That situation could have been bad for the wrong customer or wrong get police officer. I highly recommend to stay away from this very sceptical lot.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! MY SON BOUGHT A CAR PLACED A HEALTHY DEPOSIT, HAD THE CAR FOR 1 WEEK AND WAS TOLD BY FINANCE COMPANY THEY COULDN'T FINANCE HIM SO THE DEALERSHIP TOOK THE CAR BACK AND WON'T RETURN THE DEPOSIT! THIS IS NOT A REPO IF YOU NEVER WAS FINANCED. SO THE DEALERSHIP WON'T RETURN THE DEPOSIT!!!. THEY ARE RIPOFFS/SCAMMERS. $5200 is too much of a deposit to take from consumers! Fine you can have the car but NEED to return his deposit!

They will work very hard to get u finaced and if u don't have all the down payment they will work with u. My experience with them was excellent. Whom ever is reading this review and is looking for a nice reliable car with a warranty, please stop n and talk with them its woth the trip.
