Convenient Loan Co

I would NEVER take out a loan here if you have never been here before. I have NEVER observed anyone with such a rude manner treat customers like he Manager Santana does at this store. I went in to renew my loan based on th we amount that was sent to me in the mail by them after having been a customer and paid off loans before and she told me that I could only have 1/2 of the amount they sent me offering me to refinance for double that amount. When questioned why she stated she would delete it. I stated that they should not send me these notices to renew if they were not going to give me th s t amount. She told me I was rude and asked me to leave her store when I asked for her Supervisor's number. I have never been treated like this by any business and cannot believe this company would tolerate anyone treating their customers like this person does. I have witnessed her behavior to many customers and she is damaging this business. Word of mouth advertising can be very effective in a good way or a bad way. I will not be treated in this manner by someone like her when my business is paying her salary. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY OF EVEN 1 STAR!!!
