David attended law school at Washington University in St. Louis’ top twenty law program, specializing in environmental/land use and criminal law and graduating in 1999. After interning as a prosecutor in 1997 and 1998 with the Butte-Silver Bow County Attorney’s office and developing a passion for fly fishing, Vicevich returned permanently to Butte in 1999. By 2001 he had established his own firm in historic uptown Butte and by the end of 2002 defended his first homicide case. He expanded his practice in 2003 by becoming a founding partner of Joseph, Vicevich & Whelan. In 2005 Vicevich’s name was placed on the Wall of Tolerance in Memphis, Tennessee by the Southern Poverty Law Center in recognition of his efforts to seek a more just society. What is required to administer the estate of a loved one in Montana? Estate administration is the process of identifying, gathering, and protecting assets of the decedent followed by properly paying the decedents debts and taxes, and distributing remaining assets to the descendants’ beneficiaries. Not all estate administration requires a probate. Probate is the court-supervised process of estate administration. He graduated from Butte High School in 1992, then earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of California – Davis in 1996. Graduating with honors in 1999 from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, he began his legal career in California’s capital. Desiring to immerse himself in tax law, Glovan departed for New York University School of Law’s top-rated master’s in taxation program, attaining his LL.M. in Taxation in 2003.
