        Overall

        Please sellers do not list with this company. I had 250,000 dollars to spend on income property and after months of setting things up my broker from this organization backed out due to the fact I am on probation. I will never deal with Remax again and I would encourage sellers not to list as this company simply does not want to sell your home or property, but simply screens the background of who buys it.

        Avoid this company period. Deal with someone who is interested in business and not personal isssues
