All Paws Veterinary Clinic

okay so I called this place last week to get my kitten to have her spayed and declawed and a couple of vaccines done. Got an appointment time for just yesterday morning. I got there at 9 a.m. The doors were locked and a sign was hanging saying that they open up at 8:00 a.m. I waited in the parking lot till 930. I tried calling the telephone number which said it was disconnected. I noticed there was another car in the parking lot so I went to the back entrance and banged on the door. A gentleman answer the door in like a white lab coat that looked like it would have been the physician and he went ahead and said he has no responsibility for what the people do up in the front office. So I just left and came home. And noticed some reviews online about this place. & I am very very thankful that they were closed and that I didn't drop off my kitten because according to the other reviews, she probably would have died. Please whatever you do, do not bring your pet to this office. Oh and by the way the next day I called the phone number and now of course it is in service, lol.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ALL PAWS VET CLINIC TO ANYONE! I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS VET OFFICE! We Had a dog neutered 0n Tuesday, and when we picked him up to ring him home we were told to "give him plenty of fluids, and keep an eye on his activity level to not disrupt the glue they used on the incision site" After bringing the dog home, we have done exactly as we were told and the day following the surgery the dog began urinating for no reason, he would be just walking though the room and would be urinating as he was walking, so this raised concern, and after it happened several more times, we tried to contact the All Paws vet office to find out if this could be a concern and was greeted with the answering machine saying they would be open for 4 more hours and someone would "return you're call right away" no call was every made back to us, and today we called again to be told "we will call you right back after we help the patient that just came in" and 3 hours later still received no call, so we called again and spoke to THE MOST RUDE VETERINARIAN I have ever spoken to. He definitely did not care in the slightest about our problem because what he told us was "well are you giving the dog the pain medication?" and we replied with "You never gave us any pain medication when we picked the dog up so how could we be giving the dog pain medication?" The vet responded by saying "you should have pain medication, then you must have to get the pain medication from the organization that sent you to us" which would not be possible seeing as they are a volunteer group that just helps people find low cost vet care. Then the veterinarian said in a VERY un-happy tone "well we cannot help you because we are closing now" and when I asked again what I should do, he said "well you will have to get the pain medication from somewhere else, because we are closing" How would I do that just randomly call a vet and say "oh hi, my current vet screwed me over and did not give my dog the meds he needs, so could you give them to me please because All Paws was closing and they could not me bothered to help!?" so, to sum it up, ALL PAWS VET CLINIC HAS NO CARE FOR THE ANIMALS THEY TREAT AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTELE. I now have a dog who was neutered who is OBVIOUSLY in pain and discomfort, because ALL PAWS VET CLINIC FAILED TO GIVE PROPER CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND FAILED TO PRESCRIBE THE PROPER MEDICATIONS GIVEN TO A DOG AFTER NEUTERING! Does this sound like a veterinary office that 'cares for all animals?" I am so disgusted right now that the vet I spoke to was so rude and did not care at all that my dog is here in obvious discomfort BECAUSE they did not give me the pain medication they were supposed to.

Very knowledgable. Willing to spend the time other locations don't. We were nervous about the great prices, thinking the care would suffer. We were ready to go in and if we didn't like it, leave and go to "plan b". Immediately we knew we made the right choice! We will be coming back with both pets, not for the great prices but for the exceptional care the entire staff gave us.

We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, we were not happy with our old vet. We just went to check this clinic out and find out that this one of the best veterinary clinic. Doctors are so nice to our dogs and they have lots of experience. They have grooming/one of the best kennels.Prices are so reasonable.
