Randolph's Asphalt Maintenance

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with outcome of crack filling and seal coating job by Randolph's. Crack filler is oozing and bleeding through sealer everywhere. Two coats of sealer were applied within a very short time. Surface is damaged from routine driving. We waited at least 2 and ½ days plus, in one instance 2 weeks, before driving on it. AN OWNER OF RANDOLPH'S SAID SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and it wasn’t her problem. Multi driveway job costing several thousand dollars was rushed to get it done in one day. She blamed all the problems on us – ‘we don’t know how to drive’, weather too hot, etc. She offered to come back in the fall to do repairs IF we paid for it!!!! Worst customer service attitude ever experienced.
