Originally went to Kelly's to buy a car for my husband. While we were there I saw one that I liked too. We bought my husbands car that night with zero hassle and I bought mine a couple days later. Judd Covert was our sales rep and was great to work with! Straight forward, smooth transaction. Don't know what more we could have asked for. Never go to Kelly Chevrolet. First, my mom bought a van. They pressured her into buying the extended warranty. When she totaled the car 9 days later (They didn't bother to tell her the proper way to use anti-lock brakes). They refused to give the extended warranty $ back. As for me, I forced them to buy back the car I bought. The cruise control didn't work right. I tried to use lemon law rules but when I went to a third and required dealership for confirmation that the Cruise control was bad they refused to look at the car-which is against the law. That was a Kelly service person at a Kelly dealershipn that refused. Through the BBB, Kelly was forced to buy back the car.
