Hello I am writing this review today because I am EXTREMELEY frustrated of how unprofessional a car dealership can be. I live about two hours away from this dealership but I seen they had pretty good deals on cars. I traveled the two hours to see a car I inquired about and when I got there , there was a check engine light on that I was not aware about and wasn't in the details or pictures. I was told that the check engine light was a dummy light and it would be turned off by a Mercedes specialist. I oiked the car so much and was promised this car was going to "fixed" so I signed the paper work and put money down on the car. I called every week about the car I just put money down in and every week it was the same story call back next week etc. This went on for a month and half , finally the "manager" Paul called me and told me the car had something wrong they couldn't "fix" and he couldn't sell me that car. I was extremely angry and told him I'd be in the following day to pick something else out . I LITERALY TEST DROVE AND LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD OF EVERY CAR IN THE LOT !!!! Every single car EXCEPT ONE had a mechanical issue with it ! I took that one car without issues with me home that day . Cars buyer messed up something in my paper work while doing the agreement (the manager Paul) and owed me almost 200$ since the day I signed up. I still have yet to see that month and it's been almost 9 months now ! PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE !!! THIS PLACE IS VERYYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SELLS LEMONS ! I will write this review on several car review websites to expose them. Be very cautious if doing business with them , thank you.

My sale person was prepared for us when we arrived and the car was ready for a test drive threw the, lady very organized. The negotiations regarding the price of the car went great and smoothly. I didn't hassle or fight likes the other dealership I went to. They were very professional about everything so I placed a deposit and pick up the car the next day. I would go back again to purchase another car from them.

Very good dealership people are friendly and the place is nice and neat. I was with my small daughter shopping around and I went to some of the other dealerships and I could not make my daughter hear how they talk. This dealership has a great amount of cars and professional atmosphere. Albert helped me and made buying very pleasurable . I recommend this place for a good professional experience.

Actually this is the second car that I bought from this place. I first bought my Acura about 7 month ago, and it’s a fantastic car and I liked the business experience this dealerships provide for me. This time my fathers car needed an update so I took him to this dealership and once again I’m satisfied

Nice and professional dealership. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I dealt with Albert and he is a very honest sales rep, he explained to me everything one by one and very clearly. All the cars that i test drove were very clean and drove great but finally i decided on the BMW 530Xi, i just wanted to thank Albert and cars buyer because the car is perfect!
