        Buyer Beware!

        We hired this "company" to install custom blinds throughout our entire house. It was a TERRIBLE experience in every way. Delay after delay. Broken promise after broken promise. Missing pieces, sloppy work, repeated trips to correct screw-ups, time and time again......Ms. Teresa Foster still owes me a replacement for a broken return, and she needs to get the glue off the fabric (where she tried to "jury-rig" a broken piece). My last phone call, email, and letter to her, all went unaswered. If there was a Better Business Bureau in Burnsville or Yancey County, I would file a formal complaint, but unfortuately there is not.

        Of the 16 shades installed with this client,one fabric insert was skewed....we tried to fix this fabric which was inserted into the fascia,but didn't do well...apparently, this client fails to mention that they stopped payment for the balance,which was later renegotiated...we have been in this business for over 20 yrs.,I dare say, we must be doing something right!
