I want to share with you that Paul and Ryan are nothing short of perfection. They are the hardest workers I know. They have impressed Jeff and I so much! The professionalism and kindness they exude is amazing. They rarely take breaks and work hard. We are on day 3 and will have our liner in today and more then likely water too! They explain things that are happening and are very good working partners. Just very professional!

I wanted to show you the pictures from start to where they are and I know you have brochures, but I bet people would like to see the actual transformation. It is amazing the equipment and all that is entailed in this big job. I will continue with the pictures and would like to let you, Randy, know what you and your company have done this far, is beyond what I could have expected. I went to the Home Show to look at Hot Tubs and Pools. I was very impressed with the salesperson I talked to at the Valley Pools & Spas booth. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no pressure. I am definitely buying my swimming pool and hot tub from them.

I purchased a Marquis hot tub from Valley Pools and Spas about 10 years ago and I've had nothing but good customer service experiences here. They've always been good about answering my questions and have supplies that are priced about the same as online stores. I've also used them for closing my hot tub a couple of times and, although expensive, I feel like they do a very thorough job. Most of all, My Marquis hot tub has been bullet-proof...in 10 years, I've only had to replace the ozonator and remote control. Overall, they sell good products with good customer support.

They did a poor install on our coping and liner. That was seven years ago...they gave us a hard time about everything back then too. Well all their work has to be replaced now and they will not honor their warranty. I don't write many reviews.. but buyer beware here!!
