Incredibly disappointing level of service and a website that claims to be the winner of several C league awards did nothing to impress me. Subpar and almost condescending personality with an apparent lack of common sense to know there is a direct correlation between taking a genuine interest in potential customer's questions and eventually closing the sale. "We do everything" and it would cost "roughly $2,000" with no willingness to supplement that quote with any measurable commentary around how that price was derived was amateur at best. When I inquired about options for hardware and glass style, thickness, long-term care, I thought I'd have to turn off my lights so the deer could run back into the field. A grim little shop in an even grimmer looking strip mall that looked like it was only 20% occupied serves these shop owners well. I would bypass this shop at all costs. If you have to go to Burnsville, I'd go to the Macaroni Grill before I'd even consider going back here.
