"Third Party" Lakeland Building services (a.k.a. Cornerstone's owner's 2nd business) will hire send out workers paid $20/hr, but charge the property over $100/hr in some cases! These workers are hired off Craigslist and have ruined property elements, both within units and in common areas, including roofing.Go elsewhere--there are other companies that won't pad their personal wallets with your dues and ruin your home!!
