Burlington Sporting Goods

DO NOT waste your time going to this business. The owner is one of the rudest people that doesn't even acknowledge people when they enter the store. He acts like you are doing him a favor by coming into his store. I think he forgot a LONG time ago what customer service is. His wife is wonderful. She's the only person that seems to want to help you. He's very lucky that he has the only gym in the area so people have to go to him. I would love to see another gym open in the area and give him a run for his money. He posts hours on the website but closes if business is slow. How do you expect to keep loyal customers when you always act like you're made at the world I'm glad a chain Sporting Goods has opened and the local paper says another sporting goods store is coming to the mall. I hope it puts him out of business.
