We had a fantastic experience with Red Carpet Floor Care.They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They came to clean the couch and when we asked for a quote on the floors they gave us an affordable price and did it that day. We liked that they focused on establishing a relationship rather than just a one time job and because of that we will be repeat customers.

Brian at Red Carpet did an AMAZING job on our carpets. We had been with another cleaning company before and "thought" they were doing a good job on the carpets. That was until we had Red Carpet over. Brian was extremely professional, helpful and detailed. The old pet smell that had been coming from the carpets completely disappeared and the carpets look like new! We recently moved into a condo where the carpet was cleaned the day before we moved in. When we got to the condo, the carpet looked worse than it did before and smelt like mildew. We were set to move in and had scheduled movers. This was not good and we were not happy. Red Carpet was called and had to come out in the process of us moving in. this is the 3rd time we've used there service & this time we really tested them. 1 glass of red wine on our white sofa! I really wasn't sure if they could help but Brian tested a couple of there products to be sure it would work & sure enough the wine stain is completely gone. Of course we had the whole sofa cleaned & our carpets while they were here. You guys ar ethe best in the biz!!
