Hope Haven - Gunnison Home

I witnessed several disabled residents of Hope Haven being escorted along the riverfront at the Port of Burlington by staff from Hope Haven. Even though it is a SMOKE-FREE area, staff members were illegally smoking cigarettes and exposing disabled individuals to second-hand smoke. Disabled people should NOT be exposed to cancer causing smoke. Staff at Hope Haven should follow the law!
