Call just about every single month with the same exact issue, which is never resolved resulting in the on going, painfully, slow wait to the tune of horrible elevator music. Literally the worst agency I've yet to deal with in the history of horrible angencies

Awful time trying to get ahold of anyone! I've been on hold just to speak with a customer service representative for 24:00 minuets and still holding! Business hours are never accurate and horrible service. You would think people dealing with information on cases dealing with children they would be better. Nope!
