I am a former Master Chef , 5 Stars Mobil ; 5 stars AAA among other .Made possible by vendors like Guittard Chocolate , no tourist trap , Quality was outstanding 32 years ago and still is , far above anyone else in the Bay Area , no Compromise , I will recommend Guittard Co , no Banjo here the real deal . to anyone looking for premium chocolate.



Photo below is an idea of dish Chocolate I made : chocolate "oxidized" Raspberries frozen soufflé , gold plated 24 karats mini pears {back then raspberries were $100 flat so gold was cheaper... }
