Jambo's BBQ Shack

This is the epitome of down home, hole in the wall, Texas barbecue. The staff is friendly, the food is FANTASTIC, and I'm mad at myself for not having found this place years ago. Their pride and joy is their ribs, and it shows, as they're some of the best I've tasted. Their sausage is home made, and you can tell. It would be cool to have a spicier variety of their home made sausage, but it still tastes VERY good as it is. Fresh cut french fries and some of the best peach cobbler I've ever tasted rounded out the meal.



I can tell they do carry out, as they had a few folks come in to pick up, so if you're short on time, it's a worthwhile option to get ahold of some great barbecue.

Great Food finally for Rendon! Ribs, unbelievable pork chops, chicken, brisket & stuffed baked potatoes plus great sides & generous serving sizes make this a must go to place in the heart of Rendon.
