        Overall

        The owner is a convicted drug dealer and known scam artist. Google "Paul Haley 123 General Construction" in Illinois and read up. Massive rip off alert here. Uses the scam "cheap cleaning" to get in your house and then lies about how your house will burn down if he doesn't replace EVERYTHING right away! He's in court every month for scamming people.
