        Greg repaired my Grandfather Clock in my home. 10 minutes after he left, I called to tell Greg that the clock was not chiming. He stated very derogatively, "I just left". Three days later, I texted and spoke with Greg by phone to express how displeased I was with the service he performed on my clock. He made no effort to rectify my issue.
