Primary Care
Our office focuses on providing comprehensive care to all ages, no matter where they are on their health care journey. While our practice provides primary care for all ages, including wellness/prevention care and sick care, we also focus on women’s care, chronic and short-term illnesses and several other health-related concerns. Family Practice
Our Board-Certified Family Physicians are all faculty in the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Department of Family Medicine. In addition to providing health care at our offices, they serve as UB faculty in training medical students and family medicine resident physicians.
Immunizations
During these appointments, you and your provider will discuss your child’s growth, developmental milestones, guidance regarding care for your child and a discussion of protecting your child from serious contagious illnesses with vaccinations. These appointments are also a great opportunity to address any of your parental questions and concerns.

Ophthalmologists

Ophthalmology
Family Medicine is a board-certified medical specialty requiring 3 years of intensive training after medical school. This training emphasizes patient-centered primary care for all ages, all common conditions and preventive health. Training also includes the care of hospitalized office patients, Critical Care, Surgery, Pediatrics, Nursery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Behavioral and Mental Health. Family physicians must regularly undergo a rigorous recertification process including training modules, performance review and a recertification exam.

When necessary, we admit and follow our patients at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Located in one of the area’s fastest growing suburbs, this 200-bed community hospital supports our training in anesthesiology, emergency medicine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, and family practice.

Internal Medicine
Addiction Medicine specialists are physicians who hold board certification in a primary specialty such as family medicine or internal medicine and subspecialty certification in addiction medicine. We provide prevention, screening, intervention, and treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. Addiction Medicine specialists can diagnose and treat the psychological and physical complications of addiction and can provide ongoing support for recovery and relapse prevention. In addition, we offer rapid, discreet and comprehensive management of employees, DWIs and treatment court evaluations.

We offer a full range of medication treatment and management and with your primary care and behavioral health providers, acting as a treatment collaborator. We perform procedures on Tuesday evenings. The procedures include, but are not limited to, colposcopies, shoulder/knee injections, abscess incision and drainage, Nexplanon, skin tag removal, and punch biopsies.

Our Family Medicine Resident Physicians have all graduated medical school and are working at our office for three years of specialty training to become board-certified family physicians. In addition, our residents receive extensive training in the care of Family Medicine hospitalized patients, Critical Care, Surgery, Pediatrics, Nursery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, Otolaryngology, Opthamaology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Behavioral and Mental Health. At our office, their work is closely supervised by our faculty. We sometimes have a fourth year Fellow who has completed residency and is obtaining further certification in an area such as Sports Medicine or Geriatrics.
