Backyard Party Supply

I am very unhappy with the service I received from Backyard Party Supply. My wedding was last night and I had two very large tents, chairs and a dance floor delivered. First of all, there were holes in the tent above the dance floor, many of my guests slipped and fell due to how wet it was (obviously it rained yesterday). Also when the set up the dance floor a piece of it was on a tree root, which made it about 6 inches off the ground. When I called to complain about that, the guy told me that the people who set it up were "idiots." I wasn't aware that I would need to supervise grown men installing my dance floor. I was very busy in the days leading up to the wedding. Also, the ceremony was outside, I had a tent and chairs delivered to the outdoor venue. The arrived at 2pm to set them up, the ceremony was at 3. That was OK with me, but they hadn't scouted the venue out before hand and were unable to place the tent where I wanted it because it was on concrete, so we could not use the tents or the chairs and all of my guests had to stand. 30 mins before my wedding they called me to tell me they couldn't do what I wanted. I would never recommend them to anyone, nor will I EVER use them again.
