My car hydroplaned last week. I called 1st Recovery. Brian was there within 20-30 minutes of my call. He was friendly and professional. He had to wench my car out of a ditch. The way my car was situated there was a chance the bumper would be pulled off during the wench. However, Brian saved my bumper and there was not any damage to my car. I highly recommend Brian and 1st Recovery!!!

I have used First Recovery twice and both times I was impressed with their service. Marlin and Brian are very professional and do an awesome job!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

After realizing they could not tow my husband's vehicle they didn't even have the courtesy to get out of the truck to talk to my husband or offer him a ride. They just left him stranded in the snow. Very unprofessional and inhumane.
