All Out Graphics

Thanks once again All Out Graphics! This is the third time that I have used All Out Graphics and it will not be the last. The prices are very good along with the high quality of work. They also get the work done very quickly. Each the three times I have placed orders with All Out they have stood by and met their promise of a "48 hr turnaround once the art is approved". Not to mention 2 of theses three orders were substantially large and they still got them done just the same as my smaller order.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I tried to cut them slack at first since they're a pretty new business and I have a friend who started working with them, but after the experience I've had along with several other acquaintances, my patience has dissipated. I put in a large order in January for my organization that didn't have to be done until late April, so they had a LOT of time to work on it. I checked in from time to time and they said they were working on it. However, they didn't really start until a week before I needed them and blamed it on being backed up by Chilifest. I also GAVE THEM the exact items they needed to print on, but they messed up the order and got new items in totally different colors from the original and charged me for the items they had to replace, but it was their fault they messed up in the first place. They also never gave me any proofs, and the price that they tell you does not match what they charge. Worst screen printing company ever. Just don't use them.
