Visionquest Eyecare Eyeglass

Terrible! One star only because the site won't let me give ZERO! Started scheduling appointments in January. They kept cancelling my appointments and then making me wait another additional 6 weeks to "fit me in". I also agree with some of the staff not being friendly or helpful at all...sometimes outright rude! Waited until August with MANY cancelled appointments. (Between my kids and I, we were probably cancelled on about 8 times!) I finally gave up and went to Union Eye Care (near K-Mart) instead. Much better service, MUCH better selection of glasses, and I haven't had a single cancelled appointment yet!

I've made more then just one appointment which all of them had been canceled.. the day of, and only a few hours before I had to be there. The staff if beyond rude and unorganized! And they basicly don't do their job, sitting around talking about people and things. The first time I've ever been to this place, the doctor actually had a cookie in his pocket, in which he dropped in my lap. Disgusting! I will never go back!!

Lost a lens from my glasses and the earliest they could get me in was a two week wait. Two hours before the appointment they call to reschedule for two weeks later! How do they expect me to go a month without glasses?!? As the other reviewer mentioned, there seems to be a major problem with this place keeping their schedule.



I'll also mention that the person doing the scheduling hung up on me when I told her it was unacceptable to wait another two weeks. POOR SERVICE! Avoid!!!
