I've attended ARC for the last 2 1/2 years and this place will drag your "counseling" out for as long as your insurance will pay them. They say it depends on your needs but I have seen severe cases "graduate" as soon as there insurance refuses to pay. Their IOP is said to be 4-6 weeks but most people with good insurance will be in this group for 8-10 weeks and their after care programs will last anywhere from 7 months to 2 years.They are also very bad about keeping their privacy policies, they will share you information with other clients and talk about your cases in open areas where everyone can hear you personal information. I have transfered my account to Key 3 West in Lewiston and have found this to be a much better program! If you have a choice do not go to ARC!!
