The chairs came very dirty. They make a point of warning you in advance that they will keep all or part of your deposit if there are burn holes in the table clothes and then they sent me ones that had snags and burn hole. We checked them as we put them out and i tried to call but couldn't get a response the day of the party. I made a point of making sure no one smoked and no candles were used. Needless to say the kept part of my deposit. I gave them two stars only because they have friend staff.
