Henry Ford-Brownstone

Been to the ER a few times. I ONLY hit the ER if I'm in such pain I can't walk without serious assistance. So my last trip was like 2 yrs ago. My migraine was so intense they actually gave me a spinal tap. I promise you it was NOT BAD. All these tests were done to rule out everything from a tumor to spinal menangitis. I was quickly seen and my pain level was addressed immediately.



The building is clean and you will be seen in order of pain level/ potential seriousness.

This is the place to go for tests. I go here annually for my wellness tests and are treated with great respect and dignity. I chose my primary care physician from Henry Ford health because of the excellent service I receive here

Do not go the the Henry Ford Emergency room on West Road in Brownstown when the midnight shift is working. They are the down right nasty. They all stand around talking about thier personal lives while ignoring the patience. I was there for over two hours before some rude nurse finally came and gave me some motrin for kidneystones. I never recieved the help I needed. I had to go to a different hospital and pay two co-pays.
