Oras Travel

I was on a bus trip to Biloxi & the bus broke down just outside of Mobile,Al. The driver said he couldn't find a bus to pick us up or did not try to find a mobile repair company to come to our aid. We had to wait for a bus to come from Orlando,Fl. We arrived home at 5:30 AM instead of 7:00PM. They managed to get up pizza delivered, 2 pieces each & then wanted $3.00 donations to pay for it. No refund or reimbursement in sight.

travelled to Biloxi on March 3, 2019.....ok trip going there, however, on return trip to Springhill after two hours, the bus broke down. Luckily we were at a rest stop....after 11 hours waiting, a bus from Orlando showed up and we finally continued on our journey, arriving home at 5:30am There has been no mention of any reimbursement and I can't help but wonder WHY????? We certainly deserve some form of compensation. I will be waiting for some form of a reply.
