        I personally had a really great experience here. I have been going back here for quite some time now because their selection of eyewear is better than the other optical places I have been to in Brooklyn and their prices for designer glasses are great. Their staff is really warm and friendly and their eye doctor was super professional each time I went.

        Firstly, this location in Brooklyn is near me. Secondly, there is a large selection of all types of designer eyewear and glasses. Additionally, the optometrist is experienced and works hard to perform comprehensive eye exams to determine and maintain the health of the eyes. Great place!

        If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. The only positive thing about this place is the optometrist who works at the location. DO NOT GET YOUR OPTICAL GLASSES FROM THEM. Besides getting overcharged by $100 dollars, the customer service is absolutely horrific. My glasses were supposed to be ready a week ago, they postponed the date twice. Not reliable, don't care for their customers, JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU. If you're looking to get ripped off and wait a ridiculous amount of time for your glasses, by all means go here. New owner or not, this is absolutely NOT how you run or start a business. WILL NOT BE RETURNING, and will get the word out.
